Product Exchanges

For your convenience, products purchased in our online store can be exchanged through the contact made in our store and the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days and following the other stipulated procedures.
Reasons for Exchanges

• Colors or sizes: The customer can exchange it as long as he assumes all shipping costs.
Product Conditions for Exchange or Return
The product(s) will be analyzed by our Quality Control. Will only be accepted in any case of exchange:
• Products with a label properly affixed.
• Unwashed and unused products, without odors, stains or alterations in the fabric or in its initial characteristics.
Product Unavailable
If the exchange object is no longer available at the Petie Fashion Store, the customer can exchange it for another product or keep a credit for later use.
